Age range：
1. More than 3-5 years of relevant experience in the production and construction of exhibitions, exhibition halls and events, with independent experience in BC-level auto show production, newspapers and construction work is preferred;
2. Proficiency in relevant professional knowledge such as materials, craftsmanship, approach construction, transportation, exhibition hall and venue management methods (fire protection requirements), etc.;
3. Basic understanding of conventional AV equipment application knowledge, project management experience and cost control knowledge;
4. Good communication and coordination skills, understand the characteristics, processes, methods and skills of exhibitions and events;
5. The project budget and budget follow-up, the implementation of early cooperation, the project cost control, to achieve the purpose of cost savings;
6. Cheerful personality, clear logic, conscientious and meticulous work, hard work, strong adaptability, can handle and solve emergency emergencies;
7. Have a high sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit, can adapt to working overtime and travel.
